Unable to upgrade NJStar Communicator under windows 7

I'm using NJStar Communicator version 2.75 rel 9518 under windows 7 ultimate.
This version causes crashes in Office 2003 SP3, we had the same problem under vista ultimate.
Version 2.51 worked well under vista.

We tried to upgrade from version 2.75 rel 9518 to rel 9618.
But the upgrade tells it can't find registered version of NJStar Communicator 2.x, unable to upgrade.
We are 100% sure we have an installed and registered version of NJStar Communicator version 2.75 rel 9518
on this machine.

What can we do now?

Please contact support @ njstar.com to get full download of version 2.75.9618
