I am trying out the Pen Version 2.23 under Win 7 (64 bit) + Microsoft Word 2003 + Wacom Tablet CTE-440. The very first time I open the Pen, it worked fine with pronunciation on input. Never worked since then.

When it doesn't work - no response whatsoever, Word also fails to respond and has to be shut down manually. I also tried the Wacom Tablet in Mouse mode with no acceleration, no luck either.

Advice please?

Please make sure your anti-virus or anti-spyware does not block NJStar Chinese Pen, especially the file InputEasy.DLL.
