Symptom: when registering Chinese Master on Windows Vista, an error message come up 'unable to write to
                  \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\HOME.DLL'

Why: on Windows Vista, the Administrator's Right is required to write to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder,

Solution: right click the ChineseMaster icon on the disktop, and then select 'Run as Administrator' from the popup menu.
                This should enable writting to  \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.
